SHIPPING UPDATE 11/06/2026: Duties, Taxes and import fees are calculated and charged at checkout where applicable. These charges are determined by the destination of the country and local customs regulations and are not set by LOLEIA.
As of August 2025, orders shipped to the United States are subject to applicable import duties and taxes which are collected at checkout. No additional fees will be payable on delivery as previously. DHL Express is currently our only shipping option to the US.
Please note that duties, taxes, import charges vary between countries and may be changed without notice.
While these changes are imposed by local customs authorities and are outside of our control, we are committed to being as transparent as possible. Pre-Orders
If you ordered a pre-order item along with in-stock items, we will wait to receive your full order before dispatching.
If you would like to receive in-stock products earlier, please place separate orders.
Alternatively, you can request split shipping by emailing us at hello@loleiaswim.com.
Please allow 2–3 business days for dispatch once the pre-order shipment is delivered to us.

Duties and Taxes
The customer is responsible for all customs and duty fees payable upon delivery. Duties and taxes are not included in the shipping price. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
If you choose to reject or refuse delivery due to customs fees, a $70 AUD return fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit. This covers return shipping and associated fees.
Delivery
Once your package has been accepted by the postal service, we are no longer responsible for delivery. We are not liable for shipment delays, missing, lost or stolen packages. If you experience delivery issues, please contact your local postal service directly.
To avoid any issues, we recommend requesting signature on delivery or using the free AusPost Parcel Lockers if you are located in Australia.

Please note, as DHL Express is a courier service, deliveries to remote areas can sometimes incur an additional surcharge. If this applies to your order, we will contact you via email prior to processing your order.
