We offer store credit for unworn, unwashed items returned within 2 weeks of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only provided for faulty or damaged items.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
Contact us at hello@loleiaswim.com with details and photos of the fault. If deemed faulty, we will cover return costs and issue a full refund.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We have a strict no cancellation policy. No changes or cancellations are accepted once an order is placed.
How do pre-orders work?
If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will be dispatched once all items are available. To receive in-stock items earlier, place separate orders or contact us to arrange split shipping.
