What is Loleia's shipping timeframe?

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please check our shipping guide for any shipping related updates.

How much is shipping within Australia?

Standard Post: $10 AUD (5+ business days, free over $180 AUD).
Express Post: $13 AUD (2–3 business days).

What are the shipping options for New Zealand?

Standard Post: $15 AUD (5+ business days, free over $250 AUD).
Express Post: $25 AUD (4 business days).

Do you offer express shipping to the USA?

Yes, DHL Express shipping to the USA is available for $35 AUD (5+ business days).

Are duties and taxes included in the shipping cost?

No, customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees payable upon delivery. Please note US orders now incur a tariff to be paid prior to receiving your order, this will be collected by DHL Express during transit.

Can I return or exchange sale items?

All sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

What is your returns policy for full-priced items?

We offer store credit for unworn, unwashed items returned within 2 weeks of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I initiate a return?

Include your order number and full name inside the package. Store credit will then be issued via email.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds are only provided for faulty or damaged items.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at hello@loleiaswim.com with details and photos of the fault. If deemed faulty, we will cover return costs and issue a full refund or replacement.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We have a strict no cancellation policy. No changes or cancellations are accepted once an order is placed. This also applies to pre-orders.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order timeframes are stated in the description of the item.
If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will be dispatched once all items are available. To receive in-stock items earlier, place separate orders or contact us to arrange split shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. For international orders, enter your tracking information into your local tracking service 5 days after dispatch for the most accurate updates.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer sizes XS to L, and XXS, XL and XXL for select items. Please refer to our sizing guide for detailed measurements.

How should I care for my swimwear?

For the longevity of your swim, please wash your items in cold water, dry flat in shade, and avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the quality.

Our products are designed in Australia and produced in Indonesia and China.
