RETURNS POLICY 

Refunds: Please choose carefully, at this time we are unable to offer refunds for items that you wish to return.

Exchange/Credit: For change of mind, size change or design change, we offer store credit for any unworn swimwear and accessories, provided all of the following requirements are met:

• The item/s are unworn, unwashed, in original packaging including swing tags, eco cotton bag.

• Include your order number for return/exchange 

• Be shipped for return within 2 weeks of receiving your item.

If any of the requirements are not met we have the right to refuse the return.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer - original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide free return shipping nor reimburse for it.

We strongly advise that you use track and trace postal service for your return. We are not responsible nor liable for any return parcels that may be lost or damaged.

Faulty/Damaged Items: If you have received an order with faulty or damaged goods, please contact us at hello@loleiaswim.com as soon as possible. We may request photographic evidence and/or some other details regarding the faulty or damaged item. We reserve the right to determine a genuine fault or damage to an item. If an item is deemed faulty we will cover all return costs and you will receive a full refund (original shipping fees inclusive).

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Please carefully check that your Order (including delivery address) is accurate before you submit it. We have a strict  no cancellation policy. No cancellations or changes will be accepted. This also applies to pre-orders.
