DIGITAL MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and content creation, with a keen eye for brand aesthetics and performance tracking.

Location: Perth, WA

Job Type: Full time or Part Time 

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Curate, organise and edit imagery to create exciting assets for social media and advertising.
  • Develop weekly content plans for all social media platforms
  • Raise brand awareness through engaging and strategic content.
  • Come up with new concepts and strategies for social media that align with the brand aesthetic

Email Marketing & Customer Engagement

  • Manage the setup, execution, and performance tracking of email marketing campaigns through platforms like Klaviyo or similar
  • Create, test, and optimise automated email flows
  • Analyse email performance

Digital Marketing Performance Optimisation

  • Assist with general digital marketing tasks, including campaign management and administrative support
  • Create strong assets for paid campaigns that align with the brand identity

E-Commerce and Website Assistance

  • Assist and update the Shopify website, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimised product listings
  • On site optimisations including seo, ux improvements and conversion rate enhancements
  • Work closely with the founder to design, troubleshoot and improve website functionality

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for content creation.
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other tracking tools.
• Understanding of e-commerce best practices, SEO, and CRO (conversion rate optimisation).
• Strong awareness of digital marketing trends and social media best practices.
• Excellent organisation
